Formerly "Orland Hearing Aid Center," Prescription Hearing provides exceptional hearing health products and care to patients both online and in-person. Founded and operated by Audiologist, Kristen Conners, Prescription Hearing's mission is to make the process for treating hearing loss more convenient and cost-effective for patients in northern Illinois and beyond. Kristen Conners is a dedicated member of the Speech, Language & Hearing Association and a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Jaclyn Sullivan
Hearing Instrument Specialist

Jaclyn Sullivan joined Prescription Hearing at Orland Hearing Center in January 2024. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Disorders with a concentration in Audiology from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2000 and Masters of Health Science degree from Governor State University in 2011.

Jaclyn is dually state licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist and Speech-Language Pathologist. She is also an active member of the American Speech-Hearing Association.

In her spare time, she enjoys running marathons and spending time with her husband of 22 years and visiting her two daughters in college at Loyola University and Roosevelt University.

Mary Graney
Front Desk Receptionist

Mary Graney is the welcoming face of Prescription Hearing, Orland Hearing Center. As the front desk receptionist, she expertly handles patient intake, phone calls, and various organizational tasks, ensuring every visit starts on the right note.

With 38 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist, Mary brings a unique blend of customer care and attention to detail, making sure patients feel valued.

Outside of work, she enjoys decorating her home and cheering on her husband and son as they race dirt bikes.

Shirley Rozsypal

Shirley Rozsypal
Office Receptionist

Shirley Rosypal, one of our front office receptionists, has worked at Prescription Hearing for 10 years. Previously Shirley worked at St John of the Cross parish in Western Springs for over 30 years.

She currently resides in Burr Ridge where she raised her 3 children, one of which is Kristen Conners, our Chief Audiologist.
